PRISM didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began with a dangerous side effect. Our founder was prescribed a contraceptive without being properly screened, despite clear clinical guidelines that could have prevented harm. The problem wasn’t just one provider. It was a system that was never designed to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care. Patients shouldn’t have to sacrifice safety for convenience.  

So, we built our own solution to fix the problem. It prioritized safety screening, patient preferences, and adherence to clinical guidelines. We used it to launch a telehealth platform that provides access to uninsured, underinsured, and overlooked patients. But while telehealth is an important piece of the puzzle, we quickly realized it could not solve the problem alone.  

With support from the NIH and input from hundreds of pharmacists, owners, technicians, patients, and other stakeholders across the country, we created the solution that you want and regulation needs. This wasn't a quick go-to-market strategy, but a labor of love that we hope you appreciate.
